WFW AF Endorses Michele Tafoya for U.S. Senate in Minnesota

WASHINGTON, DC – Winning For Women Action Fund (WFW AF) today announced its endorsement of Michele Tafoya in the 2026 race for U.S. Senate in Minnesota.

“Minnesota is in play this cycle, and Michele is the proven leader Republicans need to flip this seat,” said WFW AF President Danielle Barrow. “She has spent decades asking tough questions and demanding real answers, and she is ready to do the same in Washington. Michele is exactly the kind of candidate WFW AF was built to support, and the leader Minnesotans deserve in the U.S. Senate. We are proud to endorse her.”

“I am honored to earn the endorsement from Winning For Women Action Fund,” said U.S. Senate candidate Michele Tafoya (R-MN). “Minnesotans are ready for a commonsense outsider who will fight for working families and safer communities. Peggy Flanagan had a front-row seat as billions of taxpayer dollars were lost to fraud, and Minnesotans deserve accountability. I am excited to have WFW AF’s support in this race, bring a fresh voice to Washington, and fight for Minnesota taxpayers.”

Michele Tafoya is a four-time Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and record-setting NFL sideline reporter, having covered more national primetime games than any sideline reporter in league history. The San Francisco Chronicle called her “the best sideline reporter in sports,” and now Michele is channeling her decades of accountability journalism into public service. She is running on a platform focused on stopping government fraud, restoring law and order, cutting costs for working families, and bringing commonsense leadership to Washington. Michele believes Minnesota deserves better than the corruption and fraud scandals that have dominated national headlines, and is prepared to use the investigatory powers of the U.S. Senate to fight for Minnesota taxpayers.
